Our programme has been designed by our team with qualifications including; MA Professional Dance Practice, BA (Hons) Dance, Active Listening, Mindfulness for Children, Laughter Therapy, Counselling Skills & Theory and Children’s Mental Health Awareness.

Calming Minds is available as a School Programme and a Home Programme.

Children can develop emotionally by taking part in a range of dance, mindfulness and laughter yoga activities to develop resilience and social skills, as well as learn coping techniques to deal with stress and negative emotions, helping enhance the ability to excel in both school and exam conditions.

This programme can be accessed by using our online platform as often as you like, as part of a lesson or at home.

The programme is designed for all mainstream students as well as students with SEND, to raise awareness wellbeing and stigma around hot topics, as well as allow students to be able to take time out, relax and calm down when necessary.
